This programme aimed to support regional faith forums and build their capacity as key regional bodies which engage with local inter faith activity.
NEW: Regional faith forums programme interim evaluation report has been published.
What are regional faith forums?
Each of England’s nine regions has a regional faith forum, which acts as a clear point of contact for faith communities, encouraging partnerships, sharing and learning from one another. Importantly, the forums help represent faith communities, giving them a voice in regional issues.
How are the regional faith forums growing?
Building on the achievements of the regional faith forums, we will work with them to help build their capacity as key regional bodies able to engage with local inter faith activity. We will offer flexible support, helping them develop in a sustainable way.
What can the regional faith forums do for you?
Becoming a member of your regional faith forum will give your group or organisation greater influence, as well as opportunities for learning, support and partnership working. To find out more about the forum in your region, please click on the map.
The regional faith forums programme and Faiths in Action are together worth over £7.5 million, and support delivery of the government’s framework, Face to Face and Side by Side.
