If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of the day after you receive your order (a “cooling off” period). If you decide to cancel your order within this period, we will give you a full refund of the item if unused, plus any normal postage and packaging charges you have paid for it to be sent to you. We can only accept the return of used titles if they are faulty. This applies to all our titles except periodicals. We regret we cannot accept return of any subscription items once a subscription has been paid for.
You will need to notify us in writing within the 7-day cooling off period if you decide to withdraw from the sale. When we receive the returned title, we will then email you notification of your refund, usually in the same form as you made it, which you will receive within 30 days of acknowledgement of receiving the returned title. The refund will include the price of the title, and the normal postage costs of sending it to you: we cannot refund any enhance delivery costs such as first class post, air mail, express delivery. Please note you will be responsible for return postage costs, unless the item was faulty or we have made a mistake in your order. We suggest for your protection that you return your item using recorded delivery.
If the title is damaged, or your order incorrect, please email customer services to arrange a return. When we receive the title, we will notify you and offer you either a replacement title, at no further cost to yourself, or issue a refund of the price you paid, plus any postage costs. We will check all titles that are returned because of damage. If we find there is no damage, no refund will be issued, and you will be required to pay for postage if you wish for the title to be resent.
