Trustee committees
The Community Development Foundation's board has three Trustee sub-committees.
The responsibilites of the Finance Committee are to advise the Board on the adequacy of the financial resources to meet the policy objectives agreed by the Board and Chief Executive. In addition the Finance Committee are to ensure that financial resources are being used effectively and with probity. The terms of reference for the group are available here.
The Audit Committee supports CDF's Accounting Officer and Board to support him/her in her responsibilities for issues of risk, control and governance and associated assurance. The terms of reference for the group are available for download here.
The Board has established a Four Nations Subcommittee to support the Chief Executive and relevant senior staff and the Board in their strategic responsibilities in relation to CDF's work across the Four Nations and Europe.
